Harvest: Second half of September/first week of October. The grapes are hand-harvested in an advanced ripening phase.​

Fermentation: About 4 days of cold maceration at 0°C and 15 days of fermentation (with selected autochthonous yeasts) at 24-26°C.​

Color: Intense ruby red.​

Nose: Spices, blackberries and mature cherries, typical of the late harvest with notes of tobacco and dark chocolate, unleashing the primitive notes of dried plums.​

Palate: a full-bodied wine, soft and rich in fine tannins, with notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla in the end.​

Aging: 18 months in fine French wood barrels.​

Serving temperature: 18°C â€‹

Suggested serving: Red meat, game, savory first courses. Meditation wine.
